Yummy shaved ice! Polite friendly staff. This is a dessert only place but can totally enjoy on a hot summers day at lunch also. It is located with a bunch of other small food stalls so you can always get more of a main meal from somewhere else then go here after. Ryu-pin have an english menu too! I would definitely go back!
